Stanford Health Care Digital Experience

Highly regarded as one of the premier health care systems in the country, Stanford Health Care wanted to further strengthen that reputation and better serve their patients by expanding and simplifying access to critical medical care and comprehensive disease-state information. Oh, and they also needed to remedy a disparate internal framework with a consistent, new brand identity across a vast organizational network.

As the account director, I ran point between internal creative and strategy teams and Stanford’s expansive list of scientific experts, medical providers, and marketing leaders, leading a stakeholder list of several dozen professionals. Incorporating data-driven strategies, I played an essential role in creating a solution that went beyond mere site re-design to a full re-concepting of their patient’s digital experience.
